Isix IP LLC has followed up its February 2022 suit against IBM with a second Western District of Texas complaint, this one naming Dell and Boomi as defendants (6:22-cv-00275). The same single patent, broadly directed to “a system for integrating data among heterogenous systems”, is asserted, here targeting the provision of the Boomi Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). Isix IP, an Aequitas Technologies LLC plaintiff, characterizes Boomi as a subsidiary of Dell, later alleging on information and belief that Dell had sold Boomi.
