Desktopsites Inc. (f/k/a CityCites.com Corp.) has filed its first lawsuit, accusing Dell (VMware) (6:22-cv-00284) of infringing three patents generally related to a system for providing “access for clients in a computer network to resources stored in said network” through authentication. Accused is the support of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) within VMware’s Horizon 7 virtualization software.
