In a new Western District of Texas complaint, The Litebook Company Ltd. has sued OnePlus (6:22-cv-00371) over the alleged infringement of a single patent generally related to “treating or preventing at least one light responsive disorder” by emitting a “pre-established spectral composition of optical radiation”. Pleading that it is suing as the patent’s exclusive licensee, the plaintiff targets provision of the “Night Mode” display management tool incorporated into various OnePlus smartphones.
