ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed three separate suits against USPack Logistics, alleging that USPack’s tracking services infringe seven patents related GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits since 2003 against over 200 defendants.
