Implicit Sues Salesforce over Network Management Tools

Inventor-controlled Implicit, LLC has sued Salesforce (6:22-cv-00364) in the Western District of Texas, targeting the support of the Node.js JavaScript runtime environment in its platform. Asserted in the complaint are three patents that prior courts have categorized as belonging to Implicit’s “Applet Patents”. Since launching this campaign in 2008, inventor Edward Balassanian—through Implicit and Implicit Networks, Inc.—has sued nearly 30 defendants and asserted 14 patents.
