Lionra Technologies Limited has added a Western District of Texas case against Alphabet (Google) (6:22-cv-00467) to its litigation over a single signal processing patent acquired from L3Harris. Defendants Apple, also in West Texas, Lenovo (Motorola Mobility), in the Northern District of Illinois, and Samsung, in the Eastern District of Texas, are already in suit in this campaign, which began on April 1, 2022. Lionra joins eight other plaintiffs associated with Dublin-based monetization firm Atlantic IP Services Limited to have sued Google in US federal court, all but one in the Western District of Texas.
