The first case filed by Image Pro Solutions LLC, in September 2021, targeted technology used to produce “immersive Van Gogh exhibits in various cities across the United States” by defendant Lighthouse Immersive. Now, that suit having been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice in late January, the NPE has turned to Panasonic (2:22-cv-00140), aiming the same three former Klip Collective patents, plus two more, at the defendant’s provision of projectors equipped with its Geometry Manager Pro software, targeting features that allow “the user to perform real-time geometric compensation and other fine adjustments and corrections”.
