Now, that suit having been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice in late January, the NPE has turned to Panasonic (2:22-cv-00140), aiming the same three former Klip Collective patents, plus two more, at the defendant’s provision of projectors equipped with its Geometry Manager Pro software, targeting features that allow “the user to perform real-time geometric compensation and other fine adjustments and corrections”.
