DynamOx and TherOx filed suit against BioDri, Blissfield Manufacturing, Dennis Lapin, E-Media Solutions, Greener Planet Solutions, Lapin Septic Tank Service, Patrick Farver, Paul Jepson, and the Village of Blissfield over six patents related to wastewater treatment. 11/8, Eastern District of Michigan, 2:2011cv14917.
