MISSED CALL, LLC has filed its first litigation, suing Mitel Networks (6:22-cv-00492) in the Western District of Texas and NEC (3:22-cv-01079) in the Northern District of Texas, each over the provision of features for notifying users of missed calls in their respective communication platforms. The Dynamic IP Deal, LLC (d/b/a DynaIP) plaintiff asserts a single patent generally related to “providing an indication about a missed telephone call”, acquired from European monetization firm Naxos Finance SA. In the North Texas case, as required, MISSED CALL has filed a certificate identifying all parties having a financial interest in the outcome of the case.
