IpVenture [NPE] filed suit against FedEx, alleging that FedEx’s SenseAware products and services infringe a patent related to real-time shipment tracking and notification.  IpVenture has filed four prior suits since August 2003 against defendants including AT&T, Cellco Partnership, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Panasonic, Sprint Nextel, Sprint Spectrum, and Sony.  The patents-in-suit were issued to inventors, Chung Lau, C.
