Crowd Sourced Traffic (CST) [NPE] filed two separate suits against TomTom and Waze, alleging that the defendants’ traffic information computer systems infringe two patents related to a system for receiving and transmitting traffic information over a network. These are the first patent infringement suits initiated by CST. 11/7, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00469; 2:2011cv00470.
