As the last of the cases that Valyrian IP LLC filed before 2022 approaches its end following a notice of settlement, the apparent IP Edge LLC plaintiff has added a May round of suits—one against each of BT Group (1:22-cv-00698), Comcast (2:22-cv-02088), Consolidated Communications (1:22-cv-00699), and Cox Communications (1:22-cv-00700)—to the round filed at the end of April. Valyrian IP has identified Mark Hall as its only member. While the plaintiff keeps rolling through unified communications platforms with its single patent received from Siemens, in various district courts, another IP Edge plaintiff identifying Hall as its “sole owner and member” to the District of Delaware is now among the first plaintiffs to file a funding disclosure with Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly.
