UltimatePointer [NPE] filed suit against BJs, Best Buy, CompUSA, Dell, GameStop, JJ Games, Kmart, Nintendo, PC Connection, QVC, RadioShack, Sam’s, Sears, Target, Tiger Direct, Toys R Us, Trans World Entertainment, and Wal-Mart, alleging that defendant’s accessories for the Nintendo Wii infringe a patent related to an interactive pointing system.  The patent-in-suit was issued the same day this suit was filed.  UltimatePointer filed one prior suit against the same 18 defendants in September 2011 over a related patent.  11/1, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00571.
