Lynn on MagnaCross LLC—a plaintiff associated with Texas monetization firm IP Edge LLC—and its litigation counsel for “filing a brief that contained sections copied and pasted from a brief in another case, which referenced different and irrelevant claims” of the sole patent there in suit. Now, IP Edge faces another storm, this one directly targeting an IP Edge principal, in a newly filed Eastern District of Texas complaint.
