Federal Home Loan Mortgage (FreddieMac) filed a suit for declaratory judgment against Graff/Ross Holdings [NPE] over a patent related to a system to generate financial analysis output. 5/19, District of Columbia, 1:2011cv00941. Graff/Ross Holdings previously sued FreddieMac in 2007.
