Archon filed an action for declaratory judgment against Grant Street Group (GSG).  According to the complaint, general counsel for GSG sent a letter to Archon, a tax collection agency, alleging that the company’s online property auctions infringe a patent related to online auctions of municipal bonds.  This is the first suit filed by Archon.  10/26, Eastern District of Louisiana, 2:2011cv02688.
