ServStor Technologies, LLC, a plaintiff associated with Atlanta-based monetization firm IPInvestments Group LLC (d/b/a IPinvestments Group), has sued Fujitsu (2:22-cv-00250) and NEC (2:22-cv-00249) over the provision of various computing products, including servers and related products (e.g., enclosures and software). The new cases join prior suits against Acer, Quanta Computer, and Wiwynn in the Eastern District of Texas where the same five patents, of disparate subject matter and origins but all received from Intellectual Ventures LLC (IV), are asserted. Those suits are in early stages before District Judge Rodney Gilstrap.
