Pleading that it was formed by sole named inventor of the patents-in-suit “to support the development of his patented router technologies”, Competitive Access Systems, Inc. has sued Oracle (2:22-cv-00287) in the Eastern District of Texas. Three networking patents are asserted, with infringement allegations targeting the provision of certain MPTCP and SD-WAN hardware and software products.
