SightSound Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Apple over three patents related to the electronic sale of digital music and movies. SightSound filed one prior suit in October 2004 against Napster and Roxio. This case was stayed pending reexamination. In 2010, all three patents received reexamination certificates from the USPTO. 10/10, Western District of Pennsylvania, 2:2011cv01292.
