The asserted patents generally relate to tracking movement of an individual through a monitoring device, transferring the data from a first to a second location, and displaying activity information from the received data at a third location. The defendants are accused of infringement through the provision of devices (e.g., sneakers, smart rings, and smartwatches) that support features for tracking a user’s physical activity.
