ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed three separate suits against Arnold Transportation, JNEH d/b/a FreightCo Logistics, and Phoenix Industries over seven patents related to GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits since 2003 against over 200 defendants.
