Datamonitor Systems LLC has filed its first litigation, suing IBM (6:22-cv-00954) in the Western District of Texas. The plaintiff asserts a single patent generally related to analyzing network traffic for “suspect modified data packets”, with IBM accused of infringement over the incorporation of an intrusion detection and prevention system (IDS) in its IBM i operating system.
