Automated Transactions [NPE] filed three separate suits against Central Financial Corporation, Connecticut River Bank, Ledyard National Bank, and Randolph National Bank over four patents related to ATMs.  Automated Transactions has filed six prior suits since 2009 against 11 defendants.  David Barcelou is the named inventor on all the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Transaction Holdings in 2003.  In the complaints, Automated Transactions is identified as the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit.  9/29, District of Vermont, 1:2011cv00234; 1:2011cv00235; 1:2011cv00236.
