The latest defendant to be added to the litigation campaign of Decapolis Systems, LLC is Oracle (6:22-cv-01003), sued in the Western District of Texas over a pair of previously litigated medical records patents. While the plaintiff has filed nearly all of its roughly 30 cases in that district, it is a case brought by Epic Systems in the Southern District of Florida that has progressed past pleadings.
