IpLearn [NPE] filed suit against Blackboard over nine patents related to web and computer-aided learning systems. IpLearn has filed four prior suits since 2004 against over 25 defendants including Avnet, Kenexa, and Oracle. Peter Tong and Chi Fai Ho are the founders of IpLearn and named inventors on the patents-in-suit. 9/27, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00876.
