Verizon Navigation App Provider Files for DJ against NPE

TeleCommunication Systems filed an action for declaratory judgment against Alfred B. Levine [NPE] over two patents related to electronic wireless navigation systems. This case is a transfer from the District of Maryland. TeleCommunication Systems supplies navigation applications to Verizon. Levine has been involved in 18 suits since November 1992.
