TeleCommunication Systems filed an action for declaratory judgment against Alfred B. Levine [NPE] over two patents related to electronic wireless navigation systems.  This case is a transfer from the District of Maryland.  TeleCommunication Systems supplies navigation applications to Verizon.  Levine has been involved in 18 suits since November 1992.  In November 2009, Levine filed suit against a number of handset companies and wireless carriers, including AT&T, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, RIM, Samsung, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.  9/28, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00430.
