Delaware NPE Targets Cybersecurity Platforms in Western District of Texas Suits
CTD Networks LLC has asserted four network monitoring patents in separate Western District of Texas complaints filed last week against each of Alphabet (Google) (6:22-cv-01042), Amazon (6:22-cv-01034), AT&T (6:22-cv-01038), Cisco (6:22-cv-01039), IBM (6:22-cv-01044), and Microsoft (6:22-cv-01049). Targeted are various cloud-based cybersecurity and software platforms, including the Amazon Cloud Security system; the AT&T Cybersecurity system; the Cisco Cloud Solutions system; Google’s cloud service, Google Cloud, and cybersecurity services Chronicle, Siemplify SOAR, Google Web Risk, and Google Cloud Armor; IBM’s Cloud Pak and QRadar systems; and the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security systems.
