Last week commercial litigation fund Erso Capital announced the launch of a $500M fund dedicated to patent assertion. Since then, news of another patent-focused fundraise has broken—the second completed by Tenadio Corp this year, bringing the total raised by the firm (in 2022) to over $100M.
