X2Y Attenuators [NCE] filed suit against Apple, HP, and Intel over a patent related to computer processors.  The patent-in-suit originated with SAS Institute and issued on September 20, 2011.  X2Y filed one prior suit along with a concurrent ITC complaint against the same three defendants over five other patents.  That case is stayed pending the resolution of the ITC investigation.  9/22, Western District of Pennsylvania, 1:2011cv00218.
