Easyweb Innovations [NPE] filed suit against Twitter over five patents related to publishing messages on the Internet. John D. Codignotto is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit. Easyweb Innovations, formerly known as Easyweb Technologies, filed one prior suit in 2009 against 10 defendants including MySpace and PhotoBucket. 9/19, Eastern District of New York, 2:2011cv04550.
