Memory Control Enterprise (MCE) [NPE] filed suit against Edmunds, K-Swiss, and Sports Warehouse over a patent related to three-dimensional web display.  MCE has filed eight prior suits since 2006 against over 30 defendants including Belkin, Canon, Dell, GM, Kodak, LG, Motorola, Panasonic, Sony, and Symantec. MCE is controlled by inventor Scott Harris. He assigned the patent-in-suit to MCE in May 2007.  9/15, Central District of California, 2:2011cv07658.
