UltimatePointer [NPE] filed suit against BJs, Best Buy, CompUSA, Dell, GameStop, JJ Games, Kmart, Nintendo, PC Connection, QVC, RadioShack, Sam’s, Sears, Target, Tiger Direct, Toys R Us, Trans World Entertainment, and Wal-Mart over a patent related to accessories for the Nintendo Wii. This is the first suit filed by UltimatePointer. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00496.
