Traffic Information [NPE] filed suit against Flixster, Groupon, H&M, ING Bank, and Landmark Bank over a patent related to providing information to mobile devices.  Traffic Information has filed 14 prior suits against over 70 defendants including Apple, AT&T, Best Buy, Honda, HTC, Huawei, Palm, Pantech, RIM, Samsung, Sony, Sony Ericsson, and Yahoo.  Traffic Information has been able to reach settlements and license agreements with the several companies including Apple, Best Buy, Garmin, Huawei, MetroPCS, Motorola, Palm, Panasonic, HTC, Pantech, Volvo, RIM, Samsung, Sony, Sony Ericcson, Sprint Solutions, Suzuki, and UTStarcom.  9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00420.
