DietGoal Innovations [NPE] filed suit against Google and 25 food companies including Burger King, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell over a patent related to a computerized meal-planning interface. This is the first time DietGoal has filed suit. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00418.
