Optimize Technology Solutions (OTS) [NPE] filed suit against Dillard’s, Drugstore.com, HSN, JC Penney, LL Bean, REI, Rhapsody, and Staples over a patent related to pre-customized displays and recommendations capabilities on websites. This is the first suit filed by OTS. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00419.
