MXGO Technologies [NPE] filed suit against 1&1 Mail & Media, Bigfoot Communications, Electric Mail, GoDaddy.com, J2 Global Communications, Mail2world, Mailcentro, Network Solutions, and Rackspace over a patent related to integrated mobile message and transaction management. This is the first suit filed by MXGO. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00413.
