Microlog filed suit against Aspect Software, Cisco, Contact Solutions, Frito-Lay, Moxie Software, Nationwide Mutual Insurance, RightNow Technologies, and Stonebridge Life Insurance over a patent related to all-in-one contact management centers to improve customer service. Microlog filed one prior suit in 2010 against 18 defendants including Ford, Salesforce.com, and Walgreen’s. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00489.
