Tendler Cellular of Texas (TCT) [NPE] filed suit against Cellular One, Choice Wireless, ETex Communications, and Plateau Telecommunications over two patents related to location based information systems. TCT has filed four prior suits since 2006 against over 15 defendants including AT&T, MetroPCS, Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile. 9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00493.
