U.S. Ethernet Innovations (USEI) [NPE] filed suit against Brother International, Canon, and Texas Instruments over four patents related to ethernet technology including network printers and cameras.   USEI has filed two prior suits since October 2009 against over 30 defendants including Acer, ASUS, Apple, AT&T, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Intel, Marvell, NVIDIA, Sony, and Toshiba.  The patents-in-suit originated with 3com and were assigned to USEI in October 2009.  9/15, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00491.
