1^st Technology [NPE] filed suit against Everleaf Gaming and Merge Gaming over a patent related to interactive media transmission.  1^st Technology has filed nine prior suits against over 30 defendants since 2004.  In January 2010, 1^st Technology obtained a Reexamination Certificate for the patent-in-suit confirming all claims and adding a number of additional claims.  1^st Technology claims that it received a default judgment of over $5 million against Leisure & Gaming PLC in addition to a Court ordered injunction against future infringement.   1st Technology is headed by Internet pioneer Scott Lewis who is also the named inventor on the patent-in-suit.  9/15, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv06463.
