Tallgrass Prairie Management (TPM) [NPE] filed suit against Apple, Checkpoint Software, Microsoft, Symantec, and WinMagic over three patents related to security software for storing encrypted digital secrets.  This is the first suit filed by TPM.  9/14, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00411.
