Auto-Completion Solutions [NPE] filed suit against Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and Yahoo over a patent related to website communication systems providing information auto-completion capabilities.  This is the first time Auto-Completion has filed suit.  The patent-in-suit was assigned from Acacia Research Group to Auto-Completion on September 6^th, 2011, just one week before this suit was filed.  9/13, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00809.
