Inductive Design [NPE] filed suit against Broadcom, Buffalo Technology, CSR, Dell, HP, Qualcomm, RF Micro Devices, RIM, Sychip d/b/a Murata Wireless, and TiVo over three patents related to wireless network cards.  This is the first suit filed by Inductive Design.  The patents-in-suit originated at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and exclusively licensed to Inductive Design. 9/6, Eastern District of Texas, 1:2011cv00421.
