Openwave Systems Sues Apple and RIM

Openwave Systems filed suit against Apple and RIM over five patents related to various types of functionality for mobile devices. Openwave also filed a complaint against Apple and RIM at the International Trade Commission on the same day. 8/31, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00765.
