Puzzling Pair of “Vilox” Plaintiffs File New Suits in West Texas

December 10, 2022

Oracle (6:22-cv-01254) and Salesforce (6:22-cv-01255) are the most recent defendants in an inventor-controlled campaign, the latest plaintiffs of which—a “Vilox Technologies, LLC” and a “Vilox, LLC”—appear to have some basic questions to answer.
