Kensington Grace Holdings [NPE] filed suit against Bridge Bank, Cathay Bank, Center Bank, Citizens Business Bank, Community Bank, Montecito Bank, Nara Bank, Santa Barbara Bank, Torrey Pines Bank, and Wilshire Bank over a patent related to electronic processing of image data. This is the first suit filed by Kensington Grace.  The patent-in-suit originated with Integrated Claims Systems when it issued in April 2010.  8/29, Central District of California, 2:2011cv07134.
