IP Co. [NPE] d/b/a Intus IQ [NPE] filed suit against Ingersoll-Rand, Schlage Lock Company, Schneider Electric, and Trane over two patents related to remote wireless control and adjustment of a building’s HVAC utilities.  This is the sixth suit filed by IP Co. since 2005.  The patents were assigned by the inventors to Communique Wireless before being assigned to IP Co. in 2004.  8/25, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00439.
