Technology Licensing Corporation [NPE] filed suit against Asus and Westinghouse Digital over three patents related to video display monitors. IP Innovation assigned the patents-in-suit to TLC in June 2011. TLC has filed seven prior suits since 2006, often with co-plaintiff IP Innovation, against defendants including Apple, Google, Mitsubishi, Novell, and Red Hat. 8/25, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv05920.
