NPE Sues Sony Electronics

Olympic Developments [NPE] filed suit against Sony Electronics over two patents related to video game consoles and online game services.  This case is a transfer from the Central District of California.  The patents-in-suit were assigned from the inventor Thomas Bush to Tugaloo Lavonia in September 2010, and Olympic claims to be the exclusive licensee.  Both Tugaloo and Olympic are owned by Vertigo Holdings.  Since 2010, Olympic has filed three other suits against over 15 defendants including Apple, AT&T, Barnes & Noble, Cisco, Microsoft, Motorola, Samsung, TiVo, and Verizon. 8/23, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv04203.
