THL Holding Company, LLC has sued Apple (6:23-cv-00077) over the provision of devices that support the Find My app, as well as the incorporated “Find Nearby”, “Precision Finding”, and “Precise Location” features. Three patents generally related to using a mobile device to track another device via wireless communications are asserted in the new Western District of Texas complaint. The case has been assigned to District Judge Orlando L. Garcia.
